The law says the Governor SHALL TERMINATE the State of Emergency at the earliest possible date that conditions warrant. He has not done that.
Obviously, we’re at a point where it is warranted to end the emergency because he has given the green light to hosting the Super Bowl. So, the Governor is disobeying the law. The law also allows the legislature to step in.”
