“Other states have done much better than California in many respects when it comes to Covid without having this level of centralized command and control decision making. A study out of John Hopkins shows lockdowns have little to no impact on public health.
The law says the Governor SHALL TERMINATE the State of Emergency at the earliest possible date that conditions warrant. He has not done that.
Obviously, we’re at a point where it is warranted to end the emergency because he has given the green light to hosting the Super Bowl. So, the Governor is disobeying the law. The law also allows the legislature to step in.”
